Services

Support designed to meet you where you are; whether you're seeking therapy on your own, with a partner, or in community.

My Approach

Therapy is not just about understanding yourself more deeply. It is also about figuring out what to do with that understanding.

My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we look at the patterns, experiences, relationships, and survival strategies that have shaped you while also focusing on how to create meaningful, sustainable change in the present. Insight matters, but insight alone is rarely enough.

I work especially well with people navigating complexity: identity exploration, trauma, sexuality, nontraditional relationships, shame, disconnection, burnout, and the tension between who they are and who they have learned they are supposed to be. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who have spent years analyzing themselves but still feel stuck in the same emotional or relational loops.

Therapy with me is not about becoming a different person. It is about building a more honest, connected, and workable relationship with yourself and the people around you.
