Rainbow Reflections
An Ongoing LGBTQ+ Therapy Group
Connection. Insight. Growth.
Finding people who truly understand your experiences can be difficult. Even when surrounded by supportive friends or chosen family, many LGBTQ+ people still carry feelings of isolation, uncertainty, or the sense that they're navigating life's challenges alone.
Rainbow Reflections is an ongoing therapy process group designed to provide a space where LGBTQ+ adults can explore their lives, relationships, identities, and emotional experiences alongside others who understand many of the unique challenges and joys of being part of the LGBTQ+ community.
This isn't about having all the answers. It's about growing through honest conversation, thoughtful reflection, and genuine connection.
Unlike a class or educational workshop, a process group focuses on the experiences members bring into the room each week.
Conversations are guided by what feels most important to the group. Topics often include relationships, identity, family, dating, loneliness, boundaries, work, community, self-worth, and the ways we connect with ourselves and others.
As members share their experiences, offer support, and receive feedback, the group itself becomes an important part of the therapeutic process. Many people find that hearing others' perspectives helps them understand themselves in new ways while also realizing they are far less alone than they imagined
What is a process group?
Who is this group for?
Rainbow Reflections welcomes LGBTQ+ adults who are interested in personal growth and deeper connection with others.

Exploring identity or life transitions.
Healing from difficult past experiences.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
That's completely okay. Many members are new to group therapy. You won't be expected to share everything immediately. Trust develops naturally over time, and participation happens at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
-
Rainbow Reflections is a therapy process group, not a peer-led support group.
While members absolutely support one another, the group is facilitated by a licensed therapist and focuses on helping members better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives.
-
Almost everyone feels some uncertainty before joining a therapy group.
One of the most common pieces of feedback I hear is that members quickly realize they aren't alone. The group becomes a place where people can show up honestly, receive support, and practice new ways of connecting with others.
